The Burning Bush Society ("BBS," "we," "our," or "us") is an online retailer specializing in cannabis-related accessories including but not limited to rolling trays, stash jars, and branded apparel. We do not sell cannabis, cannabis derivatives, or any controlled substances. All products sold through our store are legal smoking and lifestyle accessories.

We make every effort to accurately represent our products through descriptions, images, and specifications. However:

•       Product colors may vary slightly due to screen display differences.

•       Some products are fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand (POD) partners. Minor variations in print placement or color saturation may occur between orders.

•       We reserve the right to discontinue, modify, or substitute any product at any time without prior notice.

•       All product names, descriptions, and imagery used on this site are for entertainment, satirical, and lifestyle purposes. They do not constitute medical advice or endorsement of any illegal activity.

 

When you place an order with The Burning Bush Society, you agree to the following:

4.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent or in violation of these Terms.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and notify you accordingly.

4.3 Payment

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. By submitting your payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

 

5.1 Compassion Shipping

We offer flat-rate "Compassion Shipping" on all orders. Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. The Burning Bush Society is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5.2 Discreet Packaging

We understand that privacy matters — especially for our customers managing health challenges. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. The return address on all shipments will appear as "BBS Society" or similar neutral designation. No product-identifying information will appear on the exterior of any package.

5.3 Delivery Requirements

A valid phone number is required at checkout. This allows shipping carriers to coordinate delivery directly with you, which is particularly important for our customers who may have limited mobility or specific delivery needs.

5.4 Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated window, please contact us at the information provided in Section 11. We will work with you and our fulfillment partners to resolve the issue as promptly as possible.

 

Because many of our products are custom printed on demand specifically for you, our return policy is as follows:

•       Defective or damaged items: We will replace or refund any item that arrives defective or damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

•       Wrong item received: If you receive an incorrect item, we will ship the correct item at no additional charge.

•       Change of mind: Due to the custom nature of our POD products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or ordering errors made by the customer.

•       Non-POD accessories: Non-custom accessories may be returned in original, unused condition within 14 days of delivery for store credit.

 

All content on The Burning Bush Society website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, character artwork, product designs, and imagery, is the exclusive property of The Burning Bush Society or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from this site without our express written permission.

 

The Burning Bush Society provides this website and its products on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not warrant that:

•       The website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

•       The results obtained from using our products will meet your expectations.

•       Any product descriptions or other content on the site are accurate, complete, or current.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Burning Bush Society shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
